Activation Help


If you are having trouble activating your JMU eID, please review the following information:

The activation page comes back to the same screen everytime I enter my information
This occurs when one or more of the pieces of information is incorrect. Please make sure that you are entering your last name, your PIN, and your employee ID (if needed) in the correct fields.

I am an applicant or an affiliate and everytime I click my link I am getting the error page
This can mean that the link that you are trying to use has expired. Applicants can get a new link at Applicant Self-Service. Affiliates should contact the JMU Computing HelpDesk.
